This floor features some of the richest and most beautiful flooring material available. African Wenge features dark black and brown hues with some golden tones in a strongly grained wood. This particular floor is a mix of quartersawn and planesawn wood. With the ribbon highlight routered into the floor prior to sanding, the red of the insert is in stark contrast to the dark floor. This was done to blend the stunning Merbau staircase element with the fabulous Wenge flooring.
