One thing that means a lot to us was the prompt response to our calls. You were there when you said you would be and you show  pride in your work, ensuring that everything is done correctly.  It is the little things that help make a good company great and you have shown that diligence and care to us as your customers.  We are currently dealing with a flooring company in Winnipeg that has installed hardwood in our summer camp on Lake of the Woods.  It has been a nightmare!!.  If we had to do it all over again, we would surely call on Summit to do the job for us.

Summit Custom Hardwood played a significant role in the renovation of our kitchen.  We removed a wall which necessitated repairs to the flooring.  The style of flooring was rather unique and required them to not only locate the appropriate boards for replacement but to manufacture some pieces.   They did a fantastic job of ‘feathering’ the flooring so there is actually no indication that the floor was ever anything but perfect.  They matched the wood perfectly and then completed the job with sanding and finishing.
They were at all times professional, showed up on time, did great work and were pleasant to have around.  I would recommend them without hesitation.

I am writing this letter in appreciation for the service that I received from Summit Custom Hardwood Flooring. From the moment I was greeted by Elton to the outstanding installation completed by Dennis I was treated like a valued customer! Elton completely educated me on the different types of flooring, the pros, cons and the process. David came to my home and provided a detailed estimate within two hours of his visit. Sheldon arranged delivery of the product and kept in constant contact throughout the entire process from start to post installation. Dennis completed an extremely professional and detailed installation. He was very meticulous and left the home neater than he found it. In fact you wouldn’t have known there had been an installation save the outstanding craftsmanship he left behind.

In a time when customer service often takes a back seat, I was thouroughly impressed with not only the service but the final product.
