Unfinished: This type of flooring material is sourced from dozens of different mills around the world. Domestic species such as Oak, Maple, Birch, Walnut, Cherry, and Ash are all available in several different grades and widths. Finished with  our exclusive staining processes and with your choice of finish, these floors are truly personalized works of art that are as unique as they are beautiful.

Exotics: Summit has access to dozens of unifnished exotic woods. From Brazilian Cherry (Jatoba), and Tigerwood, to Ipe, Wenge, and Bloodwood, Summit can source these products from reputable mills and distributors. Also, these woods make fabulous highlights. One can include exotics as borders or inlays within more traditional floors for added interest and a unique twist.

Unfinished Engineered Products: We have a wide variety of unfinished engineered products to choose from as well. Many domestic and exotic species are available. The engineered platoforms range from solid sawn styles, to crafted engineered products, both of which are excellent for radiant heat applications, condos or basements with concrete or gypcrete floors. Also, engineered products are excellent for larger floors where the wide expanse is more prone to showing movement if humidity conditions cannot be kept constant.
